The Keto 15 Breakfast Lunch & Dinner Pack Meals are made with simple, well flavored and healthy ingredients that offer a diet high in proteins, vegetables, and fats. We recommend 3 meals a day for 5 days. Meals have a 4-5 day shelf life.
Ingredients used are as follows:
Chicken breast and thigh, ground beef, bison, pork tenderloin, atlantic salmon.
Broccoli, zuchini, spaghetti squash, carrots, green beans, cauliflower rice, tomatoes, cilantro, green onions, sauteed onions, brussels and spinach.
Olive oil, coconut oil & butter, heavy cream, sour cream, and most cheeses for garnishing.
All breakfast items come with whole eggs scrambled or baked.
