Simply pick your proteins, meal size and we do the rest! You will receive a medley of breakfast, lunch, & dinner meals with 3-4 ingredients, consisting of lean meats, vegetables & healthy fats, kept simple but delicious. We prepare your meals with some of the following ingredients.
Chicken breast, ground beef, pork tenderloin, pork butt, bacon, white fish, lean ground turkey, whole eggs, egg whites.
Broccoli, zucchini, carrots, green beans, tomatoes, sautéed onions, Brussels, spinach, cauliflower, and spaghetti squash.
Olive oil, coconut oil, sesame oil, & some various herbs for garnishing.
