Pick your proteins and we do the rest! You will receive a medley of breakfast, lunch, & dinner meals made by our chefs consisting of lean meats, complex carbs, and healthy fats. Your dishes are kept simple but delicious, prepared using the proteins you choose combined with some of the following ingredients.
Chicken breast, ground beef, pork tenderloin, pork butt, bacon, white fish, lean ground turkey, whole eggs, egg whites.
Brown rice, sweet potatoes, red potatoes, whole wheat pasta, couscous, quinoa, ancient grains, oatmeal.
Broccoli, zucchini, carrots, green beans, tomatoes, sautéed onions, Brussels, spinach, cauliflower, and spaghetti squash.
Olive oil, coconut oil, sesame oil, sour cream, heavy cream, and most cheeses, & some various herbs for garnishing.
